Season’s at Sandpoint was designed as a welcoming retreat and nexus for gathering and celebration. This single-bedroom unit is optimally located on the ground level, enabling the easiest access to the entire property.

Easterly, sunrise views extend over Lake Pend Oreille (“Pond Array”) for nearly ten miles, with the Cabinet Range of the Rocky Mountains in the distance. Five minutes from downtown Sandpoint, Seasons is easy walking distance from more than a dozen restaurants, many shops and other amenities. The Season’s Resort is exceptionally maintained, and construction of the final sections of the resort were completed over the last two years. Security and privacy of the owner’s is the Season’s staff’s highest priority.

All exterior and common area maintenance is the responsibility of the Season’s Resort staff, including winter snow removal. Easy access is assured year-round throughout the resort. Boat slips at the Season’s Resort marina are available for separate rental, and additional slips are also available within easy walking distance.
